I was on the Rep By Rep Strength Podcast with Travis Barrett

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of being a guest on the Podcast, Rep By Rep Strength hosted by former Ball State Cardinal Travis Barrett.

I have known Travis for a long time. I met Travis when we were graduate students at Ball State University. Since then, Travis has been a strength and conditioning coach in numerous places and is currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the United States Air Force.

We were also joined by performance coach Ryan Flood. Ryan is currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cameron University Athletics.
